The EiOS software suite is designed to provide flexible management of integrated environmental and safety information for a company with one to multiple facilities. The EiOS system is configured for access by any company designated personnel, with proper user identification and password, via the Internet.

Simplifies and streamlines environmental / facility management.

EiOS facilitates administrative control and oversight for facility or environmental managers. It tracks, stores and accesses data via the Internet. EiOS can be customized, and it grows with the user.

Streamline multiple projects and budgets.

EiOS simplifies project and budget tracking. Access comprehensive information on one or several facilities or review data on one aspect of environmental compliance on all facilities simultaneously.

Document environmental records efficiently.

EiOS reduces compliance paperwork and related expenses. EiOS doesn't require a full-time administrator, as many systems do. Automatic e-mail notices and reminders to alert site personnel of required inspections.

Facilitate communication.

EiOS keeps everyone in the information loop, regardless of location or responsibility level. Four levels of access provide control of who views or edits information.

Solve costly compliance problems.

EiOS generates detailed information that makes SARA and other compliance reporting easier. EiOS simplifies documentation, permit renewals, tracking, and monitoring. Tracking methods point out potential environmental problems before they become compliance issues.

EiOS is remarkably easy to learn for administrators and everyday users.

Some of what EiOS does...

Integrated MSDS Library
- Corporate MSDS library with fields for detailed product and hazard information.

- When you update a MSDS in your corporate library, all facilities that use the material will view the updated information.

- MSDS review and approval process by facility and corporate managers.

- Quick access and search capability for facility employees to view MSDSs in an emergency.

- For each MSDS, record CAS and EC (EINECS and ELINCS) chemical components, and create company specific flags to specify restricted or forbidden chemicals.

- Run reports that list facilities that are using banned chemicals, REACH registered products, and/or other user defined parameters.

Greenhouse Gas Calculations
- Develop corporate list of sustainability and greenhouse gas inventory items with associated emission factors.

- Each facility can define how each inventory item is used and collected at their facility.

- Each facility can record usage of each inventory item on a monthly basis.

- Carbon footprint is automatically calculated based on inventory details and emission factors associated with corporate inventory records.

- Corporate personnel can create GHG emission reports and graphs on a company wide, business unit or facility basis, and compare to previous years carbon footprints.
Scheduled Events & Auto Email
- Develop corporate library of events (ex. storm water inspections, audits, usage logs) with dedicated electronic forms that can be used by multiple facilities.

- Create scheduled events at each facility that define frequency of event, who is to receive email notifications, and how long before reminders are sent to initial recipients and their managers.

- On due date of scheduled event, primary and secondary employees receive an email with the attached corporate e-form, and a record is created in EiOS that the user must edit when the task is complete.

- Managers can view corporate or facility calendar for outstanding events and print a report of events status and findings.
Information Management
- Stores general information about a facility, which is used in many EH&S reports (i.e., general info, buildings, on-site activities and associated risk, departments, and work hours).

- Date critical events and records are shown on the Corporate and Facility Calendars.

- Track facility projects, budgets and deadlines.

- Enter important vendor, contractor, and agency information that can be accessed by each facility within the same state.

- Track audits with ability to add individual action items with varying due dates and responsibilities.

- Create Loss Prevention records for each facility and assign multiple action items with varying due dates and responsibilities.
Chemical Storage
- Develop inventories of chemicals and hazardous materials for each facility by linking to Corporate MSDS library.

- Each facility can define how each chemical product is stored on their property (ex. 10 -55 gallon drums of acetone; 24 - 16 oz tubes of lubricant; 10 - 50 lbs bags of powder, etc.).

- Storage volumes are automatically calculated based on storage details and conversion factors associated with MSDS.

- Each facility can record usage of each chemical product on a daily or monthly basis.

- New Material Request module that can be filled out by facility personnel, with approval process by facility, regional and corporate personnel.

- Reports that list amount of chemical components found in products used at facility.

- Tier II export function that is compatible with EPA Tier II Submit software.
Waste Management
- Develop inventories of waste for each facility by linking to Corporate waste library.

- Each facility can define how each waste material is stored on their property (ex. 10 -55 gallon drums of waste oil; 1 - 250 gallon AST, etc.).

- Storage volumes are automatically calculated based on storage details and conversion factors associated with corporate waste profiles.

- Each facility can create manifest records and link shipping volumes for tracking of waste disposal.

- New Waste Stream Request module that can be filled out by facility personnel, with approval process by facility, regional and corporate personnel.
e-File Repository

- Upload digital files of facility permits, correspondence, reports, photos, etc. in any electronic format (.pdf, .dwg, .doc, .xls, etc.).

- Define multiple attributes and categories to each electronic file for easy sorting, filtering and grouping.

- Link each electronic file to multiple records at a facility. For example, link storm water permit file to the storm water permit record.

- Access electronic files from anywhere.

Injury Reporting & Tracking
- Supervisors can create an injury report for any accident for with multiple categories and details to describe the incident, record witness observations, and incident analysis.

- Each incident can be categorized by a case manager and reviewed by management personnel.
- Corrective action, if required, can be developed and tracked on a per accident basis.

- Incident rates are automatically calculated bases on work hour records for each facility and can be rolled up into corporate reports.

- Each facility can create and print OSHA 300 forms for annual reporting and posting.

- Ensure consistent data entry of on-site injuries, that can be evaluated, managed by a case manager, and evaluated for corrective actions by facility and corporate personnel.
Training with Custom Tests

- Training module that is based on company developed topics with ability to track user information and results.

- Each training topic can be associated with a company designed test consisting of multiple choice, true or false, and/or check all that apply questions.

- Training certificates are automatically prepared if the user successfully passes each test based on company defined pass/fail percentage.
